My name is Eeva-Maija Heikkinen. I am the founder and managing director of Plato
Consulting. During the last 30 years I have worked in several management and leadership positions within restaurant, catering and hotel business. During the last 10 years I have worked as a sales and key account director in a catering company. With my team we delivered about 200 catering contract tenders annually. Through our client companies, I was able to orientate extensively Finnish
companies, schools, universities, municipalities and care sector enterprises. My responsibilities have included leading development projects at a Nordic level and both Nordic and International network tasks. I have visited restaurant and catering companies around the globe (Nordic countries, the Netherlands, France, England, Germany, USA, Japan, China, Baltic countries and Russia) and learned about successful business ideas and concepts in those countries.
